Prevent

If you notice signs of injury, try to find the cause of the problem. Alleviating the symptoms is not sufficient, you must also prevent.

How you can prevent common injuries:

  • Exercise in your free time, especially strength and flexibility.
  • Eat healthily.
  • Make sure you get sufficient sleep.
  • Do some warm-up exercises before you start your shift.
  • Try to alternate between different tasks.
  • Take a short break and stretch if you have long shifts using the same movements.
  • Adapt your speed to the surface to avoid injuries due to vibrations.
